Here’s the deal. Much like surfing (or any other peaceful pastime) serving up the best taco isn’t about rocket science, itâ€™s more like riding the perfect wave. And what’s better than one wave? Two of course. Our philosophy is a philosophy of freedom; you want to pile it all on one tortilla and risk a bail out, that’s all you. But we’ll give you two just in case you want to play it safe.

Fresh Mahi-Mahi tempura-battered and served up with home-made pico de gallo and our signature cilantro-lime sour cream, served over cabbage.

Named for one of the best surf breaks in the world, we think the salad lives up to its namesake. Grilled chicken, fresh seasonal veggies and salad greens, served with your choice of dressing. Perfect, weâ€™ll see you out there Jose.

Burritos and Chimmichangas
Yâ€™all know what a burrito is. A chimichanga is a gringo creation (either from Tucson or Phoenix, depending on who you ask) that takes a burrito and tosses it in the deep fryer (sweet, huh?).

This is the big catch, with mahi-mahi, shrimp and rice and beans, lettuce, roasted peppers & Serrano chilies with salsa verde & sour cream. Somethingâ€™s definitely fishy here.
